4. Subscription and Billing

ChefMind AI offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Limited features with 3 AI meal plans per month
• Premium Tier ($12.99/month): Unlimited AI meal plans and advanced features
• Family Tier ($19.99/month): All premium features plus family-specific capabilities

By subscribing to a premium plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your account settings.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial of our premium services. The trial period will be specified during sign-up. After the trial period ends, your account will automatically be charged for the subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires.

6. Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be provided at our sole discretion.

7. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through ChefMind AI. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit
• The content does not violate the rights of any third party
• The content complies with these Terms and applicable law

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use ChefMind AI for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Using the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Posting or transmitting harmful or malicious code
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the service
• Scraping, data mining, or otherwise collecting data from the service without permission

10. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to request account deletion.

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any content obtained from the service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

ChefMind AI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any information, content, or services obtained through the use of ChefMind AI.

Nutritional information and dietary recommendations provided by ChefMind AI are for informational purposes only and are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
